About Vet

I have been in veterinary medicine since 2002 and received my LVT in 2011. I hold an undergraduate degree in Veterinary Technology and a graduate degree in Education.

I have wore many hats in the veterinary world! I have worked in private practice (companion animals, pocket pets and exotics), research (primates), feed (large animal feed and exotic) and education (currently an instructor for veterinary technology).

My speciality are with pocket pets (rats, mice, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, ferrets, chinchillas, etc.) and some exotics (snakes and lizards) but I am familiar with dogs and cats.

In my freetime I enjoy horseback riding and traveling.
