As we head into a busy holiday season, we wanted to give you an update on some available tools to help set you up for success and book more appointments through Vetster.
We encourage you to utilize your shareable profile link to promote your services on your personal social media channels and to your networks of clients, friends, and family members. We’ve seen a higher volume of appointments booked with partners who continue to advertise their services via sharing their profile links across social media.
Sharing this link is easy, and will direct members of your network to book an appointment with you directly! You can access your share link on your profile page, or in the Self Promotion Tools section in your account.
Please note that banking information input will be available on the Vetster platform by mid-December, with payout available at this time as well. Any revenue generated between now and mid-December is being held in escrow until the first payout. When a client books an appointment with you, you will receive an email and SMS for a confirmed appointment. You will also be able to see the appointment within your Vetster account on your dashboard.
Do you know anyone who owns or manages an emergency practice/hospital? If so, we would love an introduction. Vetster is hosting a survey for practice owners and managers on their perspectives on telemedicine. As a thank you for your time, we’ll send both you and the practice owner/manager a $15 Starbucks gift card. If you’re up for some free coffee, just complete the information form and make an e-introduction.
Vetster has an exclusive Facebook group for our DVMs and technicians to meet, discuss cases, ideas, and provide feedback on the platform. This feedback is invaluable as we build the best platform in virtual care. If you haven’t yet joined, you can request to join.
As we continue to complete appointments, we are overwhelmed with the amount of positive feedback we’ve received from clients thus far. Here’s what pet parent Jeni had to say:
I used this service last week, and it was an awesome experience. The vet was knowledgeable and gave excellent tips and suggestions.
