I am a 2021 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. Currently, I am a postdoctoral fellow at Virginia Tech studying neurodevelopment in zebrafish as a translational model. Prior to starting this position, I was in general practice for 2 months at Riverside Veterinary Clinic as an Associate Veterinarian. Additionally, I have been a Relief Veterinarian at Vetco Clinics (vaccines and preventatives) for approximately 1 year. My primary clinical interests are in wellness and the human-animal bond. My goal through providing this service is to help your pet feel better if you're having trouble being seen by a conventional veterinary clinic. Although this is a not a substitute for in-person care, and I would caution all potential clients to consider whether a problem is appropriate for virtual care, it is a tool like any other that can be leveraged to improve animal health.
In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with my 2 dogs, 2 cats, and fiancee (who is also a veterinarian), reading, doing yardwork, working out, and going to local breweries.
