Dr. Jodi Lynn Smith

I am a Ohio State graduate who has been practicing veterinary medicine for 29 years. I have owned 3 successful hospitals and had the privilege of working in several notable, AAHA certified practices in Ohio, Montana, Hawaii, Georgia & Virginia. I have focused my career on extensive training in most companion animal species, to include exotic pets and various wildlife. I am a soft tissue laser surgeon and also incorporate Class 3 Cold Laser Physical Therapy in my practice for treatment of a variety of soft tissue, orthopedic, and inflammatory conditions. I reside in Lancaster, Ohio and spend my free time with my grandchildren and my family of assorted pets ( 4 cats and 2 dogs). I am passionate about providing my clients with the most up to date diagnostic and therapeutic care options available. I understand the stress and anxiety of not being able to reach your regular veterinarian after hours or on the weekends, or recognize how hard it is to find a veterinarian that can make recommendations for not only cats and dogs, but birds, reptiles, and assorted small animal exotics. I am here to help my clients make the best informed decisions they can about their pet's healthcare, surgical options, and quality of life decisions, when necessary. I'd like to think my advice and recommendations can only complement your primary veterinarian's care of your pet when they are not available!
