About Vet

Dr. Cristina Diaz is a mixed animal veterinarian licensed in Texas and Florida. She graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine after completing her clinical year at Oklahoma State University.

Dr. Diaz worked at a fast paced, small town mixed animal practice where she enjoyed working with a variety of animals from horses, cows, lizards and snakes to the occasional deer- all in one day! Dr. Diaz is currently working in a general small animal practice and manages wellness cases along with internal medicine, general surgery cases and emergencies. She has a passion for ophthalmology cases and enjoys eyes of all animals, large and small! On her days off, she enjoys relief work on Equine and Farm Animal patients who can’t come in to see her in clinic.

On her free time, Dr. Diaz enjoys riding her horse, Bear, and adventuring with her husband and their three pups!
