About Vet

Hello! I am excited for the opportunity to help you and your pet. I have experience with all aspects of care for your dog or cat, with a particular focus on emergency medicine. I am board specialized in emergency medicine and critical care. No question is too small (or too large)! If you have a concern about your pet or need advice, I would love to put your mind at ease and help you to come up with a plan to resolve the issue.

A little bit about my credentials: I attended Tufts University in Boston from 2006-2014 where I obtained my Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees. I then completed a one year rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston. Following this training, I completed a three year residency in Emergency and Critical Care at The Animal Medical Center in NYC and became board-certified by the American College of Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care in 2018. I am delighted to be back home on Long Island and am currently practicing emergency and intensive care medicine at a 24 hour specialty center.

When not in the hospital, my interests include traveling, hiking, reading, sushi, Barry’s Bootcamp, and spending time with my husband and 3 cats named Gatsby, Harper, and Steven.
