Dr. Patricia Shanteau

I am small animal veterinarian based in Charleston, SC. I do relief work, which is like a traveling vet, rather than work full time at one practice. I love working all across the state of South Carolina, meeting new people and their pets, and seeing how different clinics operate. I am especially interested in internal medicine, cardiology, dermatology, preventative and wellness care, as well as animal behavior. I am also a Certified Fear Free Veterinarian, which is a commitment to reducing stress and anxiety in pets related to veterinary care.
